The architecture of this 400m² residence has been designed to perfectly blend with the lush surroundings of Anahita and make the most of the tropical climate. Sleeping up to 8 people, this beautiful property with garden and pool is perfect for an incredible stay with family or friends.

This fully air-conditioned villa is characterised by its bright and airy interiors, with plenty of natural light. The living area and open-plan kitchen create a vast, convivial space, opening onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the magnificent garden and private pool. The right part of the villa houses 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and air conditioning. The property also includes a garage with 2 parking spaces and direct access to the service kitchen.

Enjoy the superb and generous outdoor spaces with a garden, well-appointed terraces, and a natural stone pool (12 x 5 metres). Take in the lovely views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.

Included in the price: welcome at the villa, access to resort facilities (tennis courts, fitness centre, children's club, private beach), non-motorised water sports, boat transfers to/from Ile aux Cerfs, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, daily cleaning service (3 hours per day from Monday to Saturday), weekly replacement of sheets and household linen, daily replacement of swimming pool towels.

Optional services: cleaning service, private chef, butler, childcare, personal trainer, therapist, local transport, airport transfers, and golf carts hire.

2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day: 60% of the total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
